Todd began his accounting career at BDO-Seidman after receiving his B.S. degree in Accounting from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1994. He relocated to Knoxville and joined Coulter & Justus in 1997.

In his role as an Audit Principal, Todd specializes in accounting, auditing and financial reporting. He provides auditing services to a diverse client base of public and private businesses, including manufacturing, government contractors, foodservice, wholesale, employee benefit plans and non profit entities.

Todd is active in the community and served on the Finance Committee of his church and is a Board member of Skiers of Knoxville, Inc. Todd is a youth baseball and soccer coach and serves on the boards of Leadership Knoxville Foundation and Junior Achievement of East Tennessee.
